Return Portal

RETURN + EXCHANGE FAQ:
  • Merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
  • We only offer store credit for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn in original packaging.
  • Please report damages within 3 days of receiving the item to returns@lainsnow.com.  Pictures must be sent, and the damaged suit must be sent back to us.
RETURN PORTAL:
  • Once we receive your item, your suit will be approved through the return portal and a store credit code will be generated, or your exchange will be processed. 
  • Once the request is submitted please allow 48 hours for the request to be processed. 
  • Returns and exchanges must be mailed within 7 business days once request is submitted.  
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not refund shipping.

STORE CREDITS:

  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • During the return process, if an item is ineligible for a return you will not be able to select that item for return.
  • Ineligible items for return:
    • items past policy time frame
    • items that were preordered
    • items on sale
  • If an item is ineligible for a return and it is included, we will have to send back the ineligible item to you.
  • The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include shipping costs.

PREORDERS:

  • PREORDERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT, YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL ONCE SHIPPED AND EXPECTED SHIP DATE IS ON ORIGINAL PURCHASE EMAIL. CHECK UNDER SHADE DESCRIPTION FOR ETA ON SHIPMENT. PREORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED.
