Return Portal

RETURN  FAQ:
  • Merchandise can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of receipt.
  • We only offer store credit for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn in original packaging.
  • Please report damages within 3 days of receiving the item to returns@lainsnow.com.  Pictures must be sent, and the damaged suit must be sent back to us.
RETURN PORTAL:
  • Once we receive your item, your suit will be approved through the return portal and a store credit code will be generated.
  • Once the request is submitted please allow 48 hours for the request to be processed. 
  • Returns must be mailed within 7 business days once request is submitted.  
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not refund shipping.

STORE CREDITS:

  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • During the return process, if an item is ineligible for a return you will not be able to select that item for return.
  • Ineligible items for return:
    • items past policy time frame
    • items on sale
  • If an item is ineligible for a return and it is included, we will have to send back the ineligible item to you.
  • The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include shipping costs.

PREORDERS:

  • PREORDERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT, YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL ONCE SHIPPED AND EXPECTED SHIP DATE IS ON ORIGINAL PURCHASE EMAIL. CHECK UNDER SHADE DESCRIPTION FOR ETA ON SHIPMENT. PREORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED OR REFUNDED EVEN IF THE DATE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
